Edouard C Rochette was born about 1844 in Chambly, Bas-Canada. He was the son of Charles Rochette, carpentier, and Lucille Cognac of this parish.
At age 28 Edward Rochette married Lizzie (Elisabeth or Elisabel) Lemoine (or Jerome, Girous or Giroux) on 26 May 1872 in Worcester, Worcester, Massachusetts, United States.
