Biography
Edward was born in 1927 on the farm near Jansen, Saskatchewan. He was the son of William Rode and Mary Lemke. As a young boy he moved with his parents to northern Alberta. In 1955 he married and raised seven children on their farm. They raised cattle and grew wheat and barley. Ed passed away in 2017 in Grand Prairie, Alberta, Canada.
