Biography

In the 1895 census George (age 1) was in Saint Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota, United States.^[1]

In the 1900 census George (age 6) was the son of James C Rogers in Election District 12 St. Paul city Ward 8, Ramsey, Minnesota, United States.^[2]

In the 1910 census George (age 16) was the single son of James T C Rogers in St Paul Ward 8, Ramsey, Minnesota, United States.^[3]

George married Frances Bernhardt on 23 July 1912 in St Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota.^[4]

George was in a military draft record in 1917-1918 in St Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota, United States.^[5] WWI draft registration states that he has a child and a wife, but he doesn't answer the single/married question.

In the 1920 census George (age 28), Iron Worker, was the married head of household in St Paul Ward 8, Ramsey, Minnesota.^[6]

Both of the children, George ^[7] & Genevieve ^[8]are in the St Joseph Orphans home in 1930. I cannot find Francis in 1930, but she does show up in 1940 as divorced.

The birth of George's daughter Rae Marie Rogers was registered in 1929 in Illinois, United States.^[9]

In the 1930 census George (age 36) was the married head of household in Chicago (Districts 0501-0750), Cook, Illinois, United States.^[10]

In the 1940 census George (age 45) was the married head of household in Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States.^[11]

In the 1950 census George (age 55), Iron Worker, was the married head of household in Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States.^[12]

George died (age 79) in March 1973 residing at 60655, Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States.^[13]
