I think you have mixed up the Armstrong Rogers. Uncle and nephew - take a look at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Rogers-42309.

Your Armstrong here would have been born earlier - closer to the age of his wife - there is a big gap, possible but not likely. Also according to https://uelac.ca/loyalist-directory/detail/?wpda_search_column_id=7099 - His father did not settle until 1790 in Ernestown. And his brother John had a son named Armstrong who married Elizabeth Porter and they had a son Benjamin.
