En Hacienda San Alberto, Durango á las 8 (ocho) de la mañana del día 24 (veinticuatro) de Febrero 1925 (mil novecientos veinticinco) ante mi, Jesus Los Santos, Juez del Estado Civil de este lugar compareció el Ciudadano Juan Parra originario de Sacramento, Durango y vecino de California, Durango de 40 (cuarenta) años de edad, Jornalero, casado, Raza Mezclada de Blanco no sabe escribir, y dijo que ayer á las 5 (cinco) de la tarde, falleció de fiebre ciudadano Domingo Rodriguez, natural de Zacatecas y vecino de California, Durango de 65 (seisenta y cinco) años de edad, casado el finado á la Señora dejando viuda la Señora, no casado el finado, jornalero no clasificado por medico, hijo legitima de los finados Felix Rodriguez. Eugenia Molina de Rodriguez, presentando por testigos á los ciudadanos Reyes Ruiz y Zecundeno (?) Lava, casado, jornalero, mayores de edad, Vecinos de California, Durango; no parientes del finado cuyo inhumación se verifico en el Panteón de Sacramento, Durango. Leída que fue la presente acto al compareciente y testigo Mamfisleron (?) su conformidad, y no firmaron por no saber = Doy fé = Juez de los Santos = Rubrica = Es copia de fulmente de su original = Doy fé = Jesus de los Sauceda^[1]

At Hacienda San Alberto, Durango at 8 (eight) in the morning on February 24 (twenty-four) 1925 (nineteen hundred and twenty-five) before me, Jesus Los Santos, Civil Status Judge of this place, Citizen Juan Parra, originally from Sacramento, Durango and a resident of California, Durango, 40 (forty) years old, day laborer, married, Mixed Race White, does not know how to write, and said that yesterday at 5 (five) in the afternoon, citizen Domingo Rodriguez died of fever , native of Zacatecas and resident of California, Durango, 65 (sixty-five) years of age, the deceased married to the Lady, leaving the Lady a widow, the deceased not married, day laborer not classified by a doctor, legitimate son of the deceased Felix Rodriguez . Eugenia Molina de Rodriguez, presenting as witnesses the citizens Reyes Ruiz and Zecundeno (?)
