Biography
Married someone with her same last name, her cousin.
She may actually have been born in Woodbury, CT, as there is a record of her birth listed there in the Barbour records. Her father was spying for George Washington on Long Island at the time of her birth, so there is a good possibility that her mother had taken shelter in CT as two of her brother's in law also lived nearby during the war.
