Biography
BANAS-Jane L. (nee Rogacki) Of Amherst, NY. Entered into rest December 2, 2006. Devoted wife of the late Thaddeus T. "Teddy" Banas; beloved mother of Lucy (Ronald) Folga, Carol Styn (Michael Kern), Therese R. Banas, Margaret Schoenrock (David A. Capretto) and James J. Banas; cherished grandmother of Philip Styn and Nicole Crumb; fond great-grandmother of Cameron Whitehead; loving daughter of the late John and Mary M. (nee Helak) Rogacki; dear sister of Sr. Mary Poncilia, Celia (late John) Borcz and the late Thaddeus (Lottie) Rogacki; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Monday and Tuesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary's of the Assumption Church (St. Mary Hill, Lancaster) on Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock (please assemble at church). Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
