Paternal Autosomal

DNA proof up this line at his father Dr. Bayly Rogers

The following matches show various lines emerging from the descent from his children Margaret Rogers wife of George Sackville Cotter and Alexander Rogers based on matches emerging from the late Rev. Gerald Aubrey Hunt and his son Lloyd de Vere Hunt. There are many examples but one from each provider has been selected. These are ones where all other possible links have been excluded - other than 2 but it is useful to see it in context for the next grouping

1. Vernon Lamar Kohn (FTDNA) shows a predicted relationship of 3 to 5th cousin to Gerald and Lloyd and is a 5th cousin and 5th cousin once removed respectively. The longest segment is chromosome 10, from 98953049 to 119441522 at 21.92 cm and with 5500 SNP and a minor depreciation to Lloyd at 21.69 and 5400 SNP. Discounting a tiny cm blip on Lloyd's the total cm is 36 for both kits.

2. Phyllis Deis (MyHeritage) shows a predicted relationship of 3rd to distant cousin to Gerald and Lloyd and is in fact 5th cousin, once removed to Gerald and 6th to Lloyd based on the longest segment of chromosome 10 from 98873351 to 120067450 rs144604145 rs17618810 22.8 cm for a total of 29.7‎ cm. The longest segment has minor depreciation to 20.4 cm to Lloyd for a total of 27 cm.

The other segment is on chromosome 2 from 23929979 to 31082274 from rs17045819 to rs929910 7 cm 3712 and through inverse triangulation is determined to related to Beall through Magruder on her side and Jackson on our side and will be commented elsewhere on the line with her match to others not related up the Pigott-Rogers line.

3. Greg Bryan-Martin (Gedmatch T071782) is predicted MIRC of 4.7 based on chromosome 10 from 98,953,049 to 119,477,694 on 22.0 cm, 5,254 SNPs. In Lloyd, the depreciation is slight to 21.5 cm and 5,203 SNPs and not significant to alter the MIRC. In fact, he is Gerald's fifth cousin and Lloyds fifth cousin once removed.
