Joseph was born in 1701. He was the son of Peter Rogers and Mary Armistead.

Joseph married Anne Lucy (BURGESS) 24 Oct 1749 in King George County, Virginia. They were the parents of three children. Joseph passed away about 1762.

He passed away in 1762.
