It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Susannah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Susannah:
Perhaps her marriage to a William Shield is a mistake because her 2 marriages are only about a week apart and both men died at the same time. The Littleberry marriage is the one that is sourced. I would check the census ages because maybe somebody mistakenly assumed that her son William, was a husband. Or perhaps her husband's full name was "Littleberry William Shields" ?
