S/o Obadiah Rogers and Mary Russell, early settlers of Southampton, Suffolk, New York.
Research Notes
The only mention of Zachariah in Southampton records is as a landowner :
14 Aug 1691: Land use rights granted in Southampton: "The meadow in Assup neck is divided among the owners of the lots for the term of 7 years..." .[1]
He is noted as being of Bridgehampton, so he may have relocated from Southampton after 1691 [2].
