Josiah was born in 1759. Josiah Rogers married Rhoda Wooster, the daughter of Eldad Wooster of Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Josiah Rogers was the son of patriot Zabediah Rogers and his wife Betty (Farmer) Rogers. Josiah lived in Billerica, Massachusetts, as recorded in the 1790 Census.
He passed away in 1822.
