DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Matthew by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Matthew:
Rogers-18520 and Rogers-34081 do not represent the same person because: setup in the wrong direction - will reset. Don't konow how to control direction if I'm the first to approve.
For profiles where the last name is the same, the system will automatically keep the lowest number for the merged profile. There is no need to reject it and repropose it.
2nd wife Esther Ely is not Ely-1265, Condarcure shows her as widow Beebe, not widow Ransom, but findagrave has her buried with Abner Beebe in 1798 in Hadlyme. Find A Grave Memorial# 28584240.
And thank you for finding the duplication.
