Lyme Vital Records indicates that Lucretia married Roland Rogers of New London on May 4, 1750 by Rev. George Griswald.

Rolen Rogers4 (John3, Joseph2, James1): b. 26 April 1733 Ct.; d.c. 1805, Horton Twp., N.S. He m. 4 May 1750 Lucretia, his first cousin, d/o Jonathan (3) and Alice (Champion) Rogers; she was b. 1 Jan. 1724/25 - d. 26 Feb. 1801 Horton Twp., N.S. (Tombstone in Old Wolfville Cemetery inscribed: "Here lyeth the Body of Lucretia Rogers, wife of Roland Rogers, who departed this life Feb'y 26th 1801, in the 80th Year of her Age". Beneath is incised outline of 6 sided coffin with face and hands). The marriage was performed by George Griswold, Pastor of the Second Church of Lyme, Ct. Their first four children were born in Ct. and their births were recorded in the Lyme records.
