Biography
Jacob H. Rogers was born 9 July 1835 in Guilford County, North Carolina. He married Amanda M. “Mandy” Frasher on 1 January 1856 in Giles County, Virginia.[1] He died 24 January 1914 in Jackson County, West Virginia, and is buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Putnam County, West Virginia.[2]
