He married Hester/Esther Meacham, daughter of Jeremiah & Deborah (Brown) Meacham, on 14 Nov 1715 at Windham, CT - their children were Joseph, Ishmael, Ichabod, Josiah, Jethro, Jeduthan, Sarah, Mary, Joel & Ruth Rogers
