Biography

Benjamin Rogers married his second cousin Phebe Harding.

He died at age 42.

Probate

Benjamin died intestate and on 3 February 1747/48, John Brewster of Kingston was granted the administration of his estate.[1]

His inventory was taken on 23 February 1747 in Kingston.[2]

His widow, Phebe petitioned the probate court to give to her more than a third of his personal estate, as she was left with six small children to take care of.[3]
