Mary was born to Ezra and Sarah Rolf on 26 January 1708/9 at Newbury, Massachusetts.[1] It is important to note that in the register Mary is listed after the December births in 1708 clearly meaning that this birth was 26 January 1708 in the Julian calendar, but 26 January 1709 in the Gregorian calendar. The Newbury births in the Massachusetts Vital Record Project[2]list her birth as 26 January 1708 which is incomplete and misleading.
On 2 February 1727/8, Mary married Samuel Bailey at Bradford, Massachusetts.[3]
The family "moved from Bradford to Andover, Mass., about 1735 and settled on the bank of the Merrimack river near the Tewksbury line" [4]
Mary died in Andover and was buried on 3 February 1774.[5]
