Clara Rolfe was born on 12 February 1874 in Braidwood, New South Wales, Australia[1], the the fifth child, and third daughter, of Ned Rolfe and Agnes Henry and sister of Frances Margaret (Rolfe) Dunn, Edward Richard Rolfe, William Henry Rolfe, Jessie Agnes (Rolfe) Burt, Mabel (Rolfe) Underwood, Charles Lindsay Rolfe, John James Rolfe, Leslie George Rolfe, Henry Thomas Rolfe, Amy Beryl (Rolfe) Hart, Arthur Edwin Rolfe, Walter Cecil Palmer Rolfe and Ruby Millicent (Rolfe) Muffet.
Clara was only two months old when she died on 14 Apr 1874 at Braidwood, New South Wales, Australia[2], and was buried on her family's private property, The Poplars. Nerriga, New South Wales, Australia, in the same grave as her Grandmother Margaret Jemima (McSevney) McClelland (Previously Henry).[3].
