Biography
Charles Rolfe was born in Shalbourne, Wiltshire about 1803.[1] He was the son of John Rolf and Amy Claridge.
In 1827 he married Sarah Bond Livington.[2] They had five children born in Shalbourne:
- George, born 1827;[3]
- John, born 1829;[4]
- William, born 1834;[5]
- Isaac, born 1840;[6]
- Henry, born 1845;[7]
