Ozro Emerson Victor Rollins was born on September 23, 1845, the son of Laban Clark Rollins and Nancy Colby,[1] in Topsham, Orange County, Vermont.[2]
He died on Novemer 25, 1863.[1] He is buried in Elgin Cemetery in Wabasha County, Minnesota.[3]
