Dolores Romero was born about 1860 in Baja California Sur, Mexico, daughter of Jose Romero (~1839– ) and Anita Osuna (~1845– ).

Dolores married Timateo Villavicencio (born in 1854 in Baja California Sur). Their son was Ramon Villavicencio (1879– ).
