Servranckx in her Gezinreconstructie books for the region, traces Joanne back to Kwerps, and her ancestry back to the 17th century. According to this, she was baptised in Kwerps 5 Oct 1713 and married there 15 December 1741. (This does not appears in the Kwerps register? Maybe there are more than one?[1])
In the 1755 census of Nederokkerzeel his family is clearly marked:
Peeter Winnelinkckx, handtwercker van stile, brenckt over sijnen persoon als degene van Joanna Ronsmans beneffens vier kinderen Peeter, Elisabeth, Jan ende Anna Winnelinckx respective hebbende ouderdom van 12, 7, 4, ende 1 jaer.[2]
His family has been analysed by Jeanne Servranckx in her publication of Nederokkerzeel Gezinsreconstructies. According to this:
He first married Anna Coeckelberghs 16 Jun 1737 in Kampenhout (Witnesses Joannes Janssens and Joannes Bols). She died 16 Oct 1741 a few days after her only known child:

His second marriage was to Joanna Ronsmans 15 Dec 1741 in Kwerps (Witnesses Joannes Ronsmans and Petrus De Haese. She had been baptised 5 Dec 1713, daughter of Jan Ronsmans and Joanna Winnelickx. She died 27 Oct 1766. Children:
Joannes Baptista 1 Nov 1742. God parents: Joannes Ronsmans and Joanna Windelinckx
Anna Maria 7 Sep 1745. God parents: Cornelius Schaerlaecken (husband of Joanna Winnelickx, of Kampenhout) and Anna Ronsmans. Died young 21 Dec 1747.
Guilielmus 4 Jun 1748. God parents Guilielmus Winnelickx and Anna Ronsmans. (Married Magdalena Verbeeck in Gelrode)
Joanna Maria Aug 1750. God parent Nicolaus Schaerlaecken and Joanna Timmermans. (Married Joannes De Coninck)
Antonius 10 Dec 1753. God parents Antonius Verrijt and Maria Ronsmans.
