Dora was born in Georgia or Alabama in 1883. Her parents were John Rufus Rooks and Caroline M Rudd. She married Frank Anderson.[1] When she passed away, she was buried in the Old City Cemetery, Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida. The inscription states: Our beloved mother.
