DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Petrus by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Petrus:
Roosa-368 and Roosa-341 appear to represent the same person because: Same birth data. (I corrected the birth date on Roosa-341 -- month and day were the same as Roosa-368, but there was one year of difference. The records show this child baptized on 2 Jan 1737; not on 2 Jan 1736.)
