MR. MADISON ROPER, WELL KNOWN FARMER, DIES SUDDENLY HERE

Mr. Madison Roper, 63, one of the county's most prominent and highly esteemed citizens, died at a local hospital at 7:30 o'clock last Thursday morning after an illness of only a few hours, a heart attack being assigned as the cause of his death.
