Edgar Archibald Rose, former grocer, died age 62, Blenheim News Tribune 21 Feb. 1945. Born near New Scotland, Harwich Township. His parents: Archibald & Elizabeth (McLean) Rose. Survived by his wife; children: Robert, Archie Edward (born 1939), David John (born 1937, died 1984 at Exeter), Sherri (Mrs. Allan) born 1941, Mary Louise; brother Leslie of Blenheim; sister Fern of California. Died of heart attack on Sunday, buried Tuesday. Lived Blenheim 32 years; recently employed by Palmer Bakery. Plot owner in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim but no engraved marker for him though his parents have a "stone" in that plot.
