Biography

Rebecca was the daughter ofRobert Rose and Rebecca Sherwood.

She married Obadiah Stevens on December 18, 1678.

They were the parents of:

  • Nathan Stevens
  • Ephraim Stevens
  • Deliverance Stevens
  • Elisha Stevens (April 23, 1688-abt. 1729),

I could find no evidence that she (at age 45) had a son Obadiah (born and died 1702) who just happened to have been born and died the very same day as her husband Obadiah.

If there is no such son Obadiah, the two Obadiah profiles should be merged.
