Note N1Re: Roses of Chester or Delaware County PAMonday, December 16, 2013, 6:17:03 PM | lnbuddha89William Rose, oldest son of John Rose married 1st wife Suzanna Frailey and 2nd wife was Elizabeth Krickbaum. I know the Frailey family lived very close the Rose family. I found on E-book the marriage of John Rose to Mary Weaver 1797. It also said John Rose was the son of Peter Rose and John Rose was the Widow of Sarah (no last name). John Rose's first daughter was Sarah born Feb.1788. Her mother seems to be a mystery All of his other children were born to Mary Weaver. Something else I found about John Rose's two younger sons George & John owned the farm in Gettysburg.
