Biography
Annabella Morrison was born about 1799 in Stornoway, Ross-shire, Scotland.
She married Alexander David Ross around 1818.
Annabella and Alexander had at least six children, and immigrated to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada around 1832:
- Christina (Ross) Sutherland, born 1818 in Scotland, married Rev. Alexander G Sutherland 1848 in Nova Scotia, passed away 1900 in Nebraska, USA.
- Annabella (Ross) MacIntosh, born 1819 in Scotland, married Rev. Abraham MacIntosh 1858 in Nova Scotia, passed away 1884 in Nova Scotia.
- Alexander Thomas Ross, born 1822 in Scotland, married Katherine MacKenzie in Nova Scotia and was widowed, married Elizabeth Thompson 1871 in Nova Scotia, passed away 1903 in Nova Scotia.
- Rev. Charles Lockhart Ross, born 1829 in Scotland, married Christiana MacDonald 1861 in Nova Scotia, passed away 1888 in Ontario.
- Hugh Ross, born 1832 in Nova Scotia, never married
