When I came across this profile, it had no sources attached. It stated that Alexander was born in 1653 & died in 1693. He was attached to a father, John, and wife, Janet, who was born in Midlothian. But that Janet is the wife of a William Ross.

So, I've attempted to use the other information attached to this profile to determine which Alexander this is.

There was an Alexander born to a John Ross on 16 Feb 1653 in Old Machar Parish, Aberdeenshire.^[1]

On 7 Jul 1689, an Alexander Ross married a Janet Beverly, also in Old Machar, Aberdeenshire.^[2]

Then, on 17 Jun 1693, an Alexander Ross died in Old Machar Parish.^[3]
