Biography
Elihu Scott Ross was born in 1810 in Bath, Virginia, his father, Samuel, was 29 and his mother, Hannah, was 26. He married Delilah Jane Waggoner on March 7, 1833, in Morgan, Kentucky. They had 13 children in 22 years. He died on August 18, 1878, in Wayne, West Virginia, at the age of 68.
Elihue was born in 1810. He passed away in 1878.
