From John Passmore's Ancestors and Descendants of Andrew Moore, 1612-1897, Vol 1., to wit:
- Children of Francis and Sarah (Love) Ross:[1]
- ROBERT L., b. 6-22-1815, m. 12-26-1839, to Elizabeth A. McDonald, of N. C. She was b. 12-6-1822, and d. 9-14-1845· Robert L. m. 2d time 3-4-1847, to Tabitha McKee. Robert L. was a minister in the Cumberland Presbyterian church, and had been in the ministry for forty-four years. He d. 7- -1888, in Meridian, Miss. No children by either marriage.
