Napoleon was born in 1840 the son of Bertrand and Jane (Frazee) Ross.
He was "of Auburn, NY."
He married Jeanette Stanley and they had eight children.
He passed away in 1881 and is buried with other family members in the Fort Hill Cemetery, Auburn, Cayuga County, New York.[1]
