Frances was born on 21 Apr 1884 in Mills County, Texas to parents Marshall Carrie Ross and his wife Delphora (Ward) Ross.^[1][2]

Frannie married Cary Buford Vaughan Or Vaughn on 8 June 1902 in Goldthwaite, Mills, Texas, United States.^[3]

In the 1910 census Fannie (age 26) was the wife of Cary B Vaughan in Inez, Roosevelt, New Mexico, United States.^[4]
