Frederick Roth was born on 25 Sep 1894 in Grimm, Volga, Russia.[1] He was the son of Karl Roth of Grimm based upon the ship manifest.

Fred immigrated in 1913 to America. In 1915, he married Lizzie Meissner who went by Louise Meisner, also from Grimm [26 Jun 1898].

Fred was a builder and machinist.

He passed away in 1969.

FRED ROTH
Relatives here have been notified of the death there Friday of Fred Roth, 2858 W. McLean Ave., Chicago. Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs. William Beerthuis of Chicago and Mrs. John Herold of Rome, N.Y. plus two grandsons. Funeral services will be held Monday in Chicago.[16]
