Sarah Rountree was born in 1715 at Virginia Colony. She was the daughter of Francis 1678 Roundtree, Jr. and Susan Anne Ames.
Sarah married Thomas Walton Jr. in 1735 in Prince George, Virginia. They had three children. She also married John Kittrell Sr. (1718-1780) in Chowan, North Carolina.
She passed away in about 1764 in Chowan, North Carolina.
