Martha Luzena Rouse was born on 15 May 1842 in Cooperstown, Brown, Illinois, USA as the fifth child of George Clinton Rouse and Martha Tompkins.^[1] She had six siblings, namely: Schuyler, Stephen, Sarrah E., Thomas Jefferson, and Mary Frances. She died on 04 Apr 1906 in Eskridge, Wabaunsee County, Kansas, USA. When she was 22, she married William Burton Corbin, son of Thomas L. Corbin and Burnica Stapp, on 15 Aug 1864 in Oskaloosa, Jefferson, Kansas, USA.^[2] She divorced William on 06 Aug 1891 in Wabaunsee, Kansas.^[3] When she was 56, she married Albert Dewitt Fuller, son of Jonathan Fuller and Eliza Jane Chapman, on 05 Apr 1899.
