Biography

Ambrose Milton Rouse was born on 22 Jul 1858 in Charleston Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, United States, son of Joshua Rouse (1831 - 1898) and Mary C. (Atherton) Rouse (1829 - 1893).

His brother was Thaddeus Delance Rouse (1856 - 1915).

Ambrose married Minnie M. Catlin (1863 - 1939) in 1885. Their children were:

1. Nellie (Rouse) Cisco (1886 - 1966)
2. Tracy Rouse (1901 - 1903).

Ambrose died on 13 Oct 1919 in Tioga County aged 61. He is buried in Catlin Hollow Cemetery, Tioga County.^{[1] [2]}
