Hannah Cole, wife of Eleazer Cole, was possibly born in New York[1] or Virginia.
Hannah and Eleazer Cole likely married about 1790, possibly in Virginia, where they had the following children (sources needed for each - list comes from Find A Grave):
According to her headstone, Hannah Cole, wife of Eleazer Cole, died on 6 March 1849, aged 76 years, 2 months, 23 days (giving her a possible DOB of 11 December 1772), and was buried at Coles Chapel Cemetery in Farmers Retreat, Dearborn County, Indiana.[2] 1850 Census Mortality Schedule gives her age of death as 73, dying in March of old age.[1]
Research Notes
Unknown Origins
Unsourced online trees and Find A Grave show her parents as Paulser Rouse Sr (1740–1810)[3] and Mary (Weddle) Rouse (1738–1815),[2] however more research/evidence is needed to connect her to these parents. These parents were detached and her LNAB was changed to Unknown, as there is no evidence for her LNAB of Rouse.
