Biography
Pierre Roussel was born in 1704 in Notre-Dame, Poitiers, Poitou, France. He was the son of Pierre Roussel and Marie Catherine René. [1]
He married Françoise Mireault (Marie Françoise Delabouteillerie Mirault), daughter of Mathieu Mirault and Marie Angélique Content, on October 28, 1728 in Québec (Notre-Dame-de-Québec). [2]
He married Marie-Catherine Morand, daughter of Jean Morand and Marie Catherine Valade, before 1740. [1]
He died on May 10, 1761 in Montréal, Île-de-Montréal, Canada, Nouvelle France and was buried the next day. [3]
