Biography
Joseph Prospère was born on 29 May 1820 and was baptized on 6 June of that year. He is the son of Augustin Rousselle and Helene Benoit . [1]
He married Marie Robichaud, daughter of François Robichaud and Marie Savoie, in 1840.
