Row-291 and Rowe-4663 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicate entries. Note that Margaret's maiden name was Row (rhymes with how, as my grandmother often told me!). The Row and Rowe families lived in Fayette County, Ohio, and their surnames were often entered incorrectly in vital records. See sources for Row-291 to confirm.
