Biography
Gay Rowan was born on July 15, 1886, her father, James, was 41, and her mother, Eliza, was 36. She had one brother and four sisters. She died as a child, not quite 3 years old, on May 17, 1889, in Carmel Cemetery, Gap Mills, Monroe County, West Virginia.
