I am a retired Big Data Engineer who started out as a chemist (analytical and consumer product development). As chemistry firms consolidated in the late 1980's I moved over to database programming and eventually Big Data work. I have a BS in Chemistry, BS in Computer Science and MS in Statistics and in Computer Science.
Parts of my family go back to early America. Lanphere's and Covey's in Pawtucket, RI in the 1600s and Mericles (Palatine Germans) who came on invitation of the Iroquois to Saguerties, NY in 1710. More recently, the Evans and Lannings came to America in the 1870s. The Evans from Wales to mine coal and the Lannings from England to farm.
The Rowe side is a bit murky. My dad's birth mom died when he was 2 and the families did not stay in touch.
The biography for William Rowe is empty. What can you add?

When you have your part of our One Big Tree fleshed out and you are ready to supplement it with DNA test matches, please check out the DNA Help category page to see all the DNA help that is available, and the How to Get Started page in particular.
When you are ready to start documenting that your genealogy sources are confirmed by DNA test matches, be sure to follow the guidance at the DNA Confirmation help page. A profile should not be marked "confirmed with DNA" without source documentation. Also, try out the DNA Confirmation Citation Maker app, it can simplify the job.
If you have questions or need assistance, feel free to ask on the G2G Forum using the Tag "DNA" and/or "DNA_Confirmation".
