Pearl was born Eva Violet Pearl Rowe on the 18th of June, 1894, at Moonta Mines, South Australia, Australia.^[1]

At 16, in 1911, she was a business assistant, living at 17 The Terrace, Market Jew Street, Penzance, Cornwall, England with her parents and siblings, obviously for a visit of the family back to Cornwall.^[2]

At 41, on 23rd of February, 1935, she married George Alfred Fleming at her father's home, 64 Archer Street, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. ^{[3][4][citation needed]}

At 74, she died on the 22nd of August, 1968, at Adelaide,^[5] and was buried in the Dudley Park Cemetery, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia^[6]
