Joanna Rowe was born at Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 1 Apr 1763, the daughter of Lazarus Rowe and Molly Webber.

She married at Flintstown, Maine, Dec 1785, Christopher Noble, whose brother, John Rowe, married her twin sister, Elizabeth.

They lived at Baldwin, Maine, where he was drowned in the Saco River, 9 May 1824.

She died at Baldwin, 20 Nov 1859, aged 96y 9m,

and is buried in the West Baldwin Cemetery.

Christopher and Joanna Noble were the parents of eleven children, enumerated in NEHGR 95:31[3] and Early Families of Standish, pp. 181-182.
