Biography

Son of William Henry Rowe and Olivia Ann Kearn Richards.

Born in Australia, he lived with his maternal grandparents, mother, and siblings as a young child in Surrey, England. His mother moved with him and his sibling to join his father in the United States during 1916 and at some point in the early 1920s he came to Canada where he met and married his wife Thelma. He spent many years travelling back to the US for his job as an auditor.

He is buried at the Pine Hills Cemetery in Scarborough (Metro Toronto), Ontario, Canada.
