Biography
Joseph was born in 1838. He passed away in 1929.
He is the son of Nulhanie B Rowell and Martha E Berryman, both of whom were born in Surry County. Joseph was a carpenter and contractor.
Nannie E Rowell was the informant for his death certificate. They were living at 1120 McKinzie Street ini Petersburg at the time of his death at the age of 84. His death was caused by nephritis.
He was buried in Blandford Cemetery in Petersburg on Oct 28 1922.
