Mary was born in 1845. She was the daughter of David Rowland and Eva Heckel.
She passed away in 1920. [1]
- Mary Rowland was born June 1, 1844. She married Timothy L. Converse. She spent the greater part of her life on the farm, and died February 24, 1920. Her husband is retired from the farm and lives with his daughter, Mrs. Clayton Smart, at Pioneer, Ohio. They are the parents of three children:
- MYRTLE CONVERSE married Clayton Smart, and they have one child, Frank Smart, who married Elsie Sweed.
- RALPH CONVERSE married Minnie Bart, and they are the parents of two children, Robert Converse and Claire Converse. Clair Converse married Edith Hillard, and they have one child, Frederick Hal Converse.
- EARL CONVERSE married Donna Smith; they have four children: Louise Converse, Richard Converse, Harry Converse, and Clayton Converse.
